Race 1- Exceedingly Good ran up to his trial form winning this first race in good style. It may push on too or be put out Exceedingly Good.

Race 2- Reasonalbly good speed in this allowed Villain to thunder down the outside and win the 3yo staying event. Bammagera our top rater was very good and pinching a bit of ground on the line off Villain. Jabil Tarik too was good caught on the speed.

Race 3- Dandy Dollar franked the Weekend Hussler form with a good win in the Concept Sports. Came off the pace to beat Husson Lightning who finally showed something today. Pit Lane I suggested I couldn't see him win it and he hit walls all the way down the straight...goodrun. Ribiero ok.

Race 4- "This race sorts out the stayers from the pretenders...I wrote" and we knew horse Dolphin Jo was all of that...won well. Light Vision was good but got a bit exposed and The Fuzz showed his strengths by toughing it out for second.

Race 5- Ouch...I'm sure punters knowing the ability of Sunburnt Land would have taken a three wide run but five and six wide...give us a break. Still a terrific effort by Sunburnt Land and when they are that much better than the rest of the field, even despite bad luck you can still get a return from backing them each way. At least it placed. Yep Red For Lou was the tough one on the line got the breaks. Hoodlum was good.

Race 6- Vormista you beauty slashed down the outside again franking our decisions to make her a best bet in even better company in the past. We didn't miss on Vormista. Like It Is ran a terrific race despite the speed up front which cost us a place. Bellini Rose and El Pauji were solid.

Race 7- "Wipeout"...don't know what you can take out of the Edward Manifold no great performances here. While it was a slowish speed it wasn't a typical Flemington 1600m race with them racing well of the was more of a Caulfield type race and suited a big roller like El Daana. Absolute Glam was good but we knew that...Catalan Bay flogged her fair and square last start...forget the she was wide talk she was beaten by a better horse...Catalan Bay is not a Valley horse. Give me 2000m a Flemington fair track and 30-1 about Catalan Bay...will have to wait for the Wakeful...the way the race ended up it didn't suit at all with seven across the track turning for home.

Race 8- Devil Moon took advantage of a crawling speed and a devlish kick to win the Turnbull. Good win you must rate that, and the performance of both placegetters Scenic Shot and Haradasun. El Segundo that race suited you down to the ground...time to jump off if you were on him.

Race 9- Stanzout finally rewarded patient followers, finally getting something back. Shadoways loves Flemington and ran well. Swick was unlucky and Valedictum good.

Race 10- Leave me out of this one. Arbitration 1st, Amajaye Power 2nd, Harvard 3rd...enough said.
