The Midweek Report
Midweek Reports & Midweek Best Bets
Tim McDonnell

Hopefully many of you would have studied or received our Reports at some stage. To produce a formidable Weekend Report I found I needed to study all the form midweek and on the weekend so that my members are receiving the most cutting edge reports to use for profit. With the study involved I noticed many opportunites presented themselves midweek, and to provide a full service to members I thought it best I created a Midweek Report as well. The Midweek Report has been going on a year now and many members have found it a great addidtion and very much the equal in value of the Weekend Report as well as the Midweek Best Bets email on alternate days (ie Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri).
To view an example of the Midweek Report just scroll down below to gain an idea of it's presentation. The premise behind the three races covered in the midweek report is a case of quality over quantity. Based on my thoughts I select the three races that I consider the best in gaining a return for the day.
I further narrow it down to the two best for the day, and I also give you my odds for each horse in those particular races. So there are a number of ways you can use this report. Ie. Back the horses I am most confident about, and/or you can the guide and horses that are over the odds we value the horses at. Also you can use the information we provide on each horse to enhance your own form study.
As mentioned I am always on the lookout for making best bets for members to profit and often they appear midweek. When the opportunity arises I will email all members with 24 hours notice If I see something worth backing on a best bet level.
To receive all Midweek Report's and Midweek Best Bets I have put together an annual package for you for less than $6 per week.
Feel free also to call or email if you would like to discuss this service more. I am always available for members anytime for members to offer tipping advice and impart horse knowledge, to assist you.

Sunburnt Land |
1.8 |
Five wide at times last start, looks like there will be enough horses happy to go foward. So this should allow Sunburnt Land a cruisy run off them. Can't see any of the front runners breaking away...so look for a few taking off before the turn. He will be on there backs and if behaves moderately he will be far too good. |
O'Reilly's Clock |
6.5 |
Advantaged by the draw, likely to get back a touch two but he will be winding into it and looks advantaged here. |
Bright Encounter |
7.5 |
Going well might be the first one to make an impact on this race on the speed. |
Duke Street |
12.0 |
Awkwardly drawn happy to go around him, will need lots of favours to go close here despite some degree of talent. |

Galaxy Lad |
4.8 |
Good little stayer in the making, he's the tip in a hard race. |
Paloma Bella |
5.5 |
Value runner very strong on the line last start against a decent male, no reason why she can't measure up and looks a stayer in the making. Inside barriers are an advantage at Geelong. |
Chief Dazzler |
6.5 |
Good win last start, second placegetter was thought good enough to come here so that augurs well for his chances. |
Hussonic |
11.0 |
Favoured over stablemate who's a little slower, and (Stockade) will find it hard to win from last. Hasn't delivered on promise but this race has a habit of providing a lifeline for city rejects. |

Trick Of Light |
3.3 |
Best runs in Australia have been her last two. First up at Sale they went slow and she nearly picked up a very good field. Similarly at Geelong you needed to be close to the speed in that race as they dawdled, so forgive her not finishing closer. She is ready to show her best...I think she can get the 2400m too. |
Zavite |
4.4 |
I can understand why this will start favourite - good on-pacers are always hard to beat in a Geelong Cup. There will be enough speed on that it won't be a sit and sprint which will suit. He's pretty tough...the one to beat. |
The Fuzz |
9.0 |
Just might get into the race at the right time...midfield on the rail. Look for him taking off early and putting up some form of fight. |
Toulese Lautrec |
10.0 |
Value Runner on a big track...might be able to suprise a few here. |

The Horses
The four/five horses mentioned are considered the best chances in the race.
The Odds
The odds displayed are not the Standard Bookmaker odds these are the computer generated odds that our analysts have suggested are there real market odds. It is suggested that followers are receiving value when actual market odds are above the odds displayed here. Many punters choose to place bets according to this on what is called overs.
The Comment
The Comments in the third column are the analysts inner thoughts about the horse and there relevant chance in the upcoming race.
